About Me

Christine Mosher, LICSW

As a former college athlete, I am interested in athlete mental health and treat issues impacting current and former athletes. I see my clients as individuals who are seeking guidance on how to find more peace and joy in their lives.

I enjoy working with individuals who want to make positive changes in their own lives and relationships.

I have experience treating people struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, adjustment issues, women's issues, parenting issues, behavioral problems, life transitions, grief, divorce, substance abuse, codependency, aging issues, dementia, and caregiver stress.

My goal is to provide a safe space and develop a trusting bond with my clients so they feel comfortable sharing their stories.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and a Strengths-Based perspective to help clients overcome the issues they are struggling with. My primary focus is on self-care, utilizing healthy coping skills, and improving overall health and wellness. My clients have stated that I am a very kind, caring, compassionate therapist who is calming and easy to talk to.

My practice is client-centered, and treatment is based on the individual needs of each client. I am currently seeing clients in person or via Telehealth. Please feel free to call or email me to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
